Ms Shirley Mokgohloa of Mabopane Block X was laid to rest today at the Zandfontein cemetery in Pretoria west. She passed away at George Mukhari Hospital on 17 July 2020 after a short illness.
She was born on 19 November 1959 at Jubilee Hospital in Temba and is the last born of the late Obed Moagi and Oletah Mmabokgethi Kgaphola.
She started school at Temba Primary School and matriculated at Ditsego High School. She furthered her studies at Tlhabane College and moved to Moretele District to start her work at the Department of Transport.
She then worked at Ngaka Mmaseko High Schoo and later transferred to the Department of Education a the Tshwane Est District.
She was married to the late Christopher Sellog Mokgohloa and were both blessed with three children, Thato, Boitumelo, and the late Lesego.
Ms Mokgohloa leaves behind his two sons and their wives including five grandchildren and two brothers, Alex and Victor Kgaphola.
