Mapula Sedibe (24) born in Mpumalanga, currently staying in Mabopane, is a model, a brand ambassador and, an upcoming TV/Radio Personality.
Ms Sedibe said she started pursuing her career and passion by taking part in pageants, competitions, commercial and fashion modeling.
“In 2020 I started my law studies at UNISA and I am the founder of MaU_CARE_DRIVE, an organization that is aimed at helping the less privileged and victims/ survivors of Gender-Based Violence,” she said.
Ms Sedibe said in 2020 she hosted her first initiative on ‘Gender-Based Violence (GBV) exhibition to highlight the effects of GBV within the community.
She recently hosted another initiative “HELP MAPULA FEED ORPHANS” for her birthday in order to put smiles on the faces of orphaned children by reminding them of their worth, no matter the circumstances they are facing.
“I know how it feels to feel like a burden to people so I want to change that for the orphans and remind them that they are worth it regardless of their situations and that they are loved and appreciated,” she said.
Ms Sedibe said she is grateful for the insatiable foundation, non-profit Company and Radio stations that hosted her to promote her initiative #TUT FM, SMU FM and Madville Radio.
